The homes at Mirabella showcase popular design characteristics like gourmet kitchens overlooking expansive great rooms and master suites with walk-in closets. The single-family homes feature one- and two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three baths, and range in size from approximately 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. The homes also feature the KB Home Office, a dedicated room that homebuyers can personalize for the way they work. Mirabella’s townhomes offer floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Future community amenities will include a pool, cabana and playground.
