The homes at Madeira showcase popular design characteristics like gourmet kitchens overlooking spacious great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, and ample storage space. The community’s floor plans feature up to six bedrooms and three baths, and range in size from approximately 1,600 to 2,800 square feet. The new community will also offer several planned parks that will feature sport courts, walking paths, a dog park and event lawn.
