The restaurant's newly updated menu comes as the popular business gears up for a busy summer season, catering to visitors to the picturesque Lake Arenal. Located in the Arenal Volcano National Park, the country’s largest lake is home to a variety of wildlife and boasts a number of waterfalls that draw over one million visitors to the area every year.
The Caballo Negro, rated the number one European restaurant for Nuevo Arenal on Trip Advisor, offers a variety of international and vegetarian dishes, and its menu has a distinctly German flavor.
