NYC street food vendor attacked in Times Square with milk crate, traffic cones, video shows

The unknown suspect picked up traffic cones near the corner of 7th Avenue and West 40th Street in New York City's Times Square and threw them at a street vendor during an argument earlier this month, authorities said.
