Belk shifting to 'predominantly' remote work for corporate employees as it looks to sublease Charlotte HQ

"Our associates overwhelmingly support remote work and the flexibility that it allows,” says Belk spokesperson Jessica Rohlik. The Charlotte retailer is reportedly looking to sublease its 475,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on West Tyvola Road.
