Sara Spencer will remain CEO-Chairman of the Board. The Board and Sara Spencer are committed to the Company's future success as a leader in Cyber Security solutions for Healthcare and other verticals like mid-size law firms and CPAs. The Board is dedicated to raising funds that will give SolonTek a 24-month runway and bring their product to market, transform the customer experience, allow the company to continue the development of the company's public beta Minimal Viable Product (MVP), and continue their public beta-testing. SolonTek plans on releasing its Enterprise Version of VALKERIE by the beginning of 2022 following the release of its public beta version on February 15, 2021.

Also, effective January 25, 2021, Emily Dilday - Principal Solutions Manager has been nominated as the fifth board member pending her official acceptance of the appointment.
