Paleteria La Michoacana has unveiled their latest offerings to the traditional “paleteria experience”. Headquartered in Modesto, California, PLM Operation’s bolis, cups and paletas can be found in thousands of retail locations across the country.
As a brand that stays true to its roots and embraces the Mexican culture, La Michoacana has released a consumer-first line of products that are dairy-free.
According to YouGov, Hispanics are more propense to be lactose intolerant compared to other ethnic groups. This was one of the biggest drivers for creating dairy-free alternatives for ice cream. “We want consumers to enjoy an authentic paleteria experience, so we have crafted products keeping dietary needs top of mind,” says Martha Gonzalez, Marketing Manager.
