“I grew up with home-cooked meals every night,” said Cory Doggett, founder of the Tex-Mex Recipe Workbook. “My mom wasn’t much of a cook, so she learned a lot from friends and neighbors who were Mexican. My dad was from the South and brought his flair for Southern-style food to the table. I wanted to bring my unique cooking style to others so they can enjoy the same recipes I do.”

The Tex-Mex Recipe Workbook adds new recipes weekly to the site, so cooks will have a steady stream of new dishes to try out in the kitchen. Each post gives a brief history about the dish, how its been tweaked for maximum flavor, and easy to follow instructions for cooks to recreate the meal.
