The transaction significantly expands AMFT's European presence, giving the company the ability to manufacture springs in Europe and enhancing its global manufacturing footprint and technical capabilities. United Springs operates plants across France, the Netherlands, and the UK, serving customers in transportation, aerospace, industrial control, electronics, defense, consumer, and other industrial markets.
