Since its launch six months ago, Care GP has achieved average monthly usage growth of 140% and weekly growth of 20%, now serving over 150 GP clinics with zero customer churn. The company has reached profitability, underscoring the growing demand for AI-driven administrative automation in primary care settings. With a proven 85% pilot-to-customer conversion rate, Care GP intends to convert 750 active prospects into more than 600 new customers by December 2026.

The company's first AI agent, Samantha, automates the workflow of processing and allocating medical documents to doctors and patient records—a task traditionally performed manually. On average, Samantha saves GP clinics 4.3 hours of administrative work per day while improving the accuracy and consistency of document filing. This results in reduced risk of errors and liabilities associated with manual data entry.

Care GP reports an average contract value (ACV) of USD 5,000 per customer. The company's second AI agent, Veronica, serves as a voice-based receptionist managing appointment bookings and patient inquiries. Early adoption rates among existing clients indicate strong interest in expanding the use of multi-agent systems within clinic operations.

Following early traction, Care GP is preparing to scale its technology across the Australian healthcare network, with a focus on increasing automation coverage and enhancing interoperability with existing medical practice systems.

Early-stage investment has enabled the company to strengthen technical infrastructure and accelerate deployment timelines.

Care GP is led by Chief Executive Officer and Founder Melvin Chen, an experienced entrepreneur with prior startup and investment success. The leadership team combines expertise in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and operations scaling, positioning the company to meet growing administrative automation needs across the national healthcare system.

Care GP's mission focuses on improving healthcare productivity by automating key operational processes such as document management, billing, and patient communication. The company's AI systems are designed with privacy-by-design architecture and integrate seamlessly with existing practice software, reducing operational overhead without requiring additional staffing resources.
