The practice is sequenced so clients reach a measurable go/no-go decision in weeks rather than quarters. A readiness and data audit runs one to three weeks and scores every data source for quality, access, ownership and applicable regulation. Use-case discovery then produces eight to 15 scored candidates, plus an explicit "do not build" list, before any development budget is committed. A proof of concept on real client data follows in four to six weeks and ends in a go/no-go memo with a running-cost projection.
"Most AI consulting ends at a document nobody uses," said Yury Pukhov, CEO and founder of YuSMP Group. Target industries include fintech, healthtech, logistics and mobility, e-commerce and retail, manufacturing and legaltech. One fintech client, LoanFlow, used a YuSMP-built loan decision engine to cut loan approval turnaround from two days to under four hours.
