With the expansion, okTSHIRT is allowing customers to design a variety of different items for men, women, children, and babies, including t-shirts, hoodies, bodysuits, and aprons. The designs are all applied using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which offers a more vibrant and longer-lasting graphic compared to other printing methods.

Custom clothing offers a way for families to connect and build memories, as it can serve as a keepsake or memento marking a holiday or special event. okTSHIRT aims to help families immortalize their special moments with long-lasting, high-quality apparel.
The items offered in okTSHIRT’s custom collection are all made of premium materials. Except for the hoodies (which are 80% cotton and 20% polyester), all other options are made with thick 100% cotton, which is soft and non-irritating, making it ideal for children. The fabric also retains its size through washing and drying.
In terms of sizing, the adult items are available in traditional XS to XXL options. For kids, the items are offered in two-year increments, starting at 1-2 years and going up to 10-11 years. Similarly, the baby bodysuits start at 0-3 months and increase in three-month increments up to 1 year.
At this time, all custom items are only available in white and black; however, okTSHIRT does have plans to expand its colour choices in the future.
As far as the printing, customers have the option to put their designs on the front, back, or both sides of the garment. Designs have to be uploaded to okTSHIRT’s online design studio, where they can then be edited and cropped to meet the customer’s specifications. Once finalized, the items are printed in less than 24 hours and shipped shortly thereafter.
“DTG printing is really quick to set up which allows us to turn out a lot of items in a short amount of time,” said a spokesperson for the company. “Not only is it quick but it also produces fantastic results. Because the inks are sprayed directly onto the fabric and allowed to bond, the images produced are sharper, bolder, and longer-lasting.”
