ISCPO Appoints Three Members to its Board of Directors

The International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO) welcomes Dr. Alex del Carmen, Tracy Nini and Paul Ganz to its Board.

Dallas, Texas May 15, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO.org) announced today three new additions to its Board of Directors: Dr. Alex del Carmen - Founder & CEO of Del Carmen Consulting, Tracy Nini - President of WRC INC., and Paul Ganz - Senior Director of Asset Protection for The Home Depot.

"As we continue to expand our footprint into different business verticals, the three industry professionals are going to be a great compliment to the current board of directors", states Glenn Master, ISCPO President, and Chairman.  "Paul will be leading our networking initiatives that connect current members to our preferred vendor partners. In addition, his experience in retail, supply chain loss prevention, will naturally assist in further connecting retail supply chain loss prevention with the ISCPO. Like Paul, Tracy Nini has an extensive network within retail loss prevention and will be leading the effort on membership, recruitment, and veteran involvement with the organization.  Lastly, the onboarding of Dr. Alex del Carmen is going to add an entirely new benefit related to educational research and more specifically to criminal justice trends that have an everyday impact on supply chain security and loss prevention".  Master concluded by stating "Our goal at the ISCPO is create a networking environment for both private and public sectors worldwide that are looking for a platform, where they can easily connect with peers who have direct involvement in the global supply chain". 

Dr. Alex del Carmen is the founder and CEO of Del Carmen Consulting, LLC. His firm, which has been in practice since 2001, works mostly on data analysis related to security and policing matters. Dr. del Carmen received a Ph.D. in Criminology from the College of Criminology at Florida State University. He is considered an authority on topics related to industrial and global security, risk management data analysis, and policing. Dr. del Carmen has written numerous articles in internationally recognized journals and published several books. Dr. del Carmen has presented his research findings throughout the world (Scotland, Belgium, Slovenia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, and Italy). He has trained thousands of police and security professionals including all of the Texas Police Chiefs. He was appointed as a Fulbright Specialist by the United States Department of State which led him to teach police executives in the Czech Republic and at the Czech Police Academy. Dr. del Carmen currently teaches at the FBI National Academy and is a frequent guest on Fox, CNN, Fox News Radio, Telemundo, Univision, and NBC, among other media outlets.

Paul Ganz is Senior Director of Asset Protection for The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer. He is responsible for the execution of all loss prevention, operational, physical security, and theft prevention programs for the supply chain organization, leading both the field and corporate staff.

In December of 2008, Paul joined the Home Depot where he held roles in supply chain and retail operations with increasing levels of responsibility.  Previously, Paul served as a police officer in Florida and Texas and held various leadership roles with other large and small box retail organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, is active throughout the loss prevention/asset protection community, and has been a published contributor with LP Magazine.
