Prior to the acquisition, this franchise had annual revenue of between $50.0 and $55.0 million. The territories acquired include Northern San Diego, Palm Springs, Ventura, Bakersfield, Lancaster, Fresno, Monterey, Stockton, Modesto, Manteca and Sacramento, California.
