X-HotPot Lands During Super Bowl, Embarking on a New Journey Toward 10,000 Global Stores

Recently, the wilderness hot pot brand “X-HotPot” officially entered the U.S. market during the Super Bowl, marking another major step forward in its global expansion. The brand is currently preparing to open its first offline store in the United States, with plans to launch 1,000 stores simultaneously in the near future, ultimately aiming to reach a total of 10,000 stores worldwide.

As a leading brand in the wilderness hot pot segment, X-HotPot has rapidly emerged as an innovator in the hot pot industry. Its signature “Boiling Beef Oil Pot” has set industry records in the Chinese market, selling over 3,000 servings per month with an order rate exceeding 80%.

On the supply side, X-HotPot has established ten ecological sourcing bases, building a direct “farm-to-table” supply system that fundamentally ensures the freshness and consistent quality of core ingredients such as beef. In terms of technological application, X-HotPot has deeply integrated digital systems and AI technology across its entire operations, reducing ingredient waste from the industry average of 15%–20% to below 8%, thereby achieving significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

Since its launch, X-HotPot has delivered outstanding results. After opening its first store in Suzhou, revenue grew more than tenfold. Its Shanghai debut quickly made it the most popular queued destination, while its Xi’an launch saw lines out the door, achieving a table turnover rate of 4.5 times and single-day revenue exceeding ¥50,000. During the recent investment promotion season, X-HotPot secured 21 stores across four countries in a single event, with orders totaling ¥18.5 million, expanding its overseas presence into markets such as Singapore and Cambodia.

X-HotPot is currently preparing to launch an offline robotic restaurant and plans to further incorporate embodied robots in the future.

According to a company representative, X-HotPot has officially begun its global store expansion plan, adopting a model of “wilderness flavor + local adaptation + technology empowerment” to enter overseas markets. In addition, the brand will actively pursue investment and financing partnerships to attract high-quality investors, improve its franchise ecosystem, continuously expand brand influence, and promote the wilderness hot pot category into broader markets.
