Kenwood Corporate Drive, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announced today that it had completed a 2,508 sf lease with Activate Body at 8015 Corporate Drive in White Marsh, Maryland.

Activate Body is where coaching, community, and long-term strength come together. Every session is built for the client, with expert coaches in small groups, to guide every move. Activate focuses on being different than a crowded gym or cookie-cutter workouts. This will be Activate’s third area location. They currently have locations in Canton and Clipper Mill.

Activate was represented by Stuart Rienhoff from Cushman & Wakefield. Kenwood was represented by Henson Ford, Matthew Muller, and Dylan Bozel.

Kenwood purchased 8007, 8013, 8015, 8019, and 8027 Corporate, as well as 8098 Sandpiper Circle, between 2016 and 2019. Kenwood’s single-story office portfolio in White Marsh now totals 167,000 sf.

Currently, the portfolio is 89.1% leased with three vacant suites ranging from 2,842 sf to 9,081 sf.
