AM Best to Participate at Casualty Actuarial Society’s Seminar on Reinsurance

AM Best will participate in a panel discussion at the Casualty Actuarial Society’s (CAS) Seminar on Reinsurance, which will take place May 31-June 2, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA.

Greg Dickerson, director, AM Best, will join a session on Tuesday, June 2, titled, “Rating Agency Update,” which will provide an update on the U.S. property/casualty and global reinsurance segments. During the session, Dickerson will share his perspectives on industry trends, including pricing, reserving and growth challenges, as well as AM Best’s segment outlooks. Dickerson joined AM Best in 2017 and has two decades of experience in the (re)insurance industry and manages a ratings portfolio for a diverse group of domestic and multinational property/casualty (re)insurers, including global reinsurers and major writers of commercial lines business. The panel session is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. EDT.

This year’s CAS Seminar on Reinsurance is themed as “Reimagine Risk,” which reflects the need for (re)insurers to prepare for tomorrow’s challenges with cutting-edge knowledge and collaborative expertise.
