Listed at $7.5 million, the property (15701 and 15407 Doctor Bowen Road) is being sold by current owner Sally Fallon Morell, co-author of the landmark nutrition book “Nourishing Traditions,” who is retiring after 15 years of transforming the estate into a nationally recognized regenerative farm. Morell is also co-founder of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a nutrition education nonprofit based in Washington D.C.
