Thuy-Dien Bui, a member of the firm’s Corporate Group, helps businesses navigate complex transactions, from strategic and financial mergers and acquisitions to market entry into the U.S. Her mergers and acquisitions practice includes the representation of corporate and private equity clients on both the buy-side and sell-side across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, manufacturing and industrial, financial services, and healthcare. She is a trusted advisor to foreign companies seeking to enter the U.S. market, including those based in the UK, Asia, and South America and regularly serves as outside general counsel to corporate clients. She serves as a board member of Girls on the Run of Greater Boston and the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys. Bui was named a 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and has been recognized as a Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch (Corporate) and named a 2023 “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.

John Ramsey, an attorney in the firm’s Private Client & Trust Group, designs, develops, and implements comprehensive estate plans that address the full range of client needs, including proactive tax planning related to income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He helps individuals, families, and charitable organizations understand and navigate the legal and tax rules associated with managing and transferring wealth. Ramsey also provides guidance to fiduciaries regarding the administration of estates and trusts. He is a graduate of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College.

Yareni (Yari) Sanchez, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, handles all aspects of real estate development and transactions, including permitting and zoning, acquisition and disposition, and financing for mixed-use, office, retail, institutional, multi-family residential, and other projects. She represents a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, joint ventures, general and limited partnerships, foreign investors, medical and educational institutions, private and charitable foundations, and public-private partnerships, addressing complex legal and regulatory issues across diverse industry sectors. She serves as a board member of Summer Search Boston. Sanchez was named a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow, has been recognized as a Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch (Real Estate) and a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star, and was named a 2024 “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University.
