Senior Vice President, Office of Strategic Management Stephen Von Oehsen Steps into Senior Strategic Advisory Role

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer’s)—the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol—today announced a transition within its Corporate Strategy leadership. Stephen Von Oehsen, Senior Vice President, Office of Strategic Management (OSM), will be moving from his current day-to-day responsibilities to a senior strategic advisor role with the Company, effective April 1, 2026. Von Oehsen will assume the role of Senior Strategic Advisor to Wayne E. Chaplin, President and Chief Executive Officer; David Chaplin, Executive Vice president, Chief Growth and Strategy Officer; and Lee F. Hager, President, Internal Operations, Office of the President. In this role, Von Oehsen will support the senior leaders mentioned above with strategic growth initiatives, while sharing and embedding strategic talent development disciplines.
