Thermador introduces the next generation of luxury built-in Freedom® Fresh Food, Freezer and Wine columns.

“There’s something incredibly exciting about building on a category Thermador helped pioneer. With our new Freedom® cooling, freezing and wine columns, we wanted to create more than beautiful refrigeration," said Beatriz Sandoval-Maldonado, Head of Thermador Brand Marketing at BSH Home Appliances Region North America. "We wanted to create an experience that makes the kitchen more inspiring and everyday life more enjoyable. From the lighting and exceptional materials to advanced technology that helps keep food fresher, every detail was thoughtfully designed around how people truly live, cook and entertain. It’s this combination of our pioneering heritage, and our drive to continually reimagine what’s possible, that makes Thermador the continued leader in luxury refrigeration.”

Beauty, High-End Materials and Undeniable Cooling Performance Like #NoOneElse

Freedom® Fresh Food Columns:

• Skylight Design and Auto-Adjusting Theater Lighting – Thoughtfully designed full-LED interior illumination delivers elevated visibility while creating a bright, sophisticated interior.
• Reimagined Luxury Interiors – All-metal door bins, metal and glass shelving, and non-slip mats combine durability with a refined, high-end tactile experience.
• Next-Generation Cooling and Freshness – Two ThermaFresh® Pro drawers optimize food longevity with independent temperature and humidity-controlled drawers, ethylene scavengers and precision airflow guides to eliminate guesswork and reduce food waste.
• Intuitive by Design – Full-color TFT touchscreen controls, SoftClose drawers and doors and Open Door Assist deliver a superior experience.
• People-First Intelligent Luxury – The Home Connect® smart home app makes everyday living easier – from enhancements delivered over-the-air, preventative maintenance of the appliance, troubleshooting, e-assistant AI chat support to integration with top smart home hubs like Google Home and Amazon Alexa/Alexa+ and more. Adjusting temperatures remotely is second nature with smart refrigeration. And if a door is left open, or a water filter needs replacing, you’ll receive a timely reminder.
• Internal Water Dispenser with One-Touch Auto Refill – Industry-leading UltraClarityPro™ filtration removes greater than 99.9% of sediments that may be found in tap water, while maintaining the streamlined built-in aesthetic. Additionally, One-Touch Auto Refill allows you to save up to six favorite preset fill levels for a specific container. The intelligent dispenser remembers and can automatically refill your container to the selected level.
• Customizable Sizing – Available in either 24-inch, 30-inch and 36-inch widths, the new Freedom Fresh Food Columns offer sizing and design options for every luxury kitchen.

Freedom® Freezer Columns

• Available in 18-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch and 36-inch widths, featuring Mini Diamond Ice, along with dual ice makers in 30-inch and 36-inch width models that also offer Entertaining Ice, which produces up to six pounds of ice with Quick Ice mode.¹
• SuperFreeze® Automatic Temperature Adjustment – Intelligent technology that senses when warm groceries are added after a grocery haul, then automatically adjusts the temperature to compensate and quickly freeze items to prevent thawing.

Freedom® Wine Columns

• Available in 18 and 24-inch widths, with storage up to 110 standard 750 mL wine and champagne bottles.
• All models feature three distinct temperature zones, guided by sommelier presets, customizable lighting and UV-resistant glass doors that ensure optimal preservation for every bottle and showcase with confidence in sunlit kitchens.
• Available Sommelier 24-inch wine column with the new Vintner’s Table, a dedicated serving space featuring a removable charcuterie tray, accessory storage tray, bottle presenter, hanging wine glass storage and customizable presentation lighting.
• All wine column shelving now features sustainable Acacia wood diamond dowels with anti-vibration and soft close to protect wine collections and delicate sediment.
