Adams Outdoor Advertising has added 115 billboard faces, including 11 digital displays, across the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand region of South Carolina. The new inventory gives advertisers more ways to reach the millions of travelers and residents along one of the Southeast's most visited coastal corridors.

"This acquisition enhances our ability to serve one of the most visited and recognizable coastal corridors in the Southeast," said Kevin Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Adams Outdoor Advertising. "From the beaches of the Grand Strand to the coastal communities of the Carolinas, this market attracts millions of travelers while supporting a strong local economy. Together with our existing presence across North and South Carolina, we're positioned to help brands engage consumers wherever they live, work and travel."

With the addition of these assets, Adams will operate nearly 3,000 advertising faces across South Carolina, including 120 digital displays, providing advertisers with expanded scale, flexibility and market coverage.

The acquisition further strengthens one of the Carolinas' largest and most comprehensive coastal out-of-home advertising networks, giving advertisers the ability to execute coordinated campaigns across key beach, tourism and growth markets through a single partner. Located between Adams' existing operations in eastern North Carolina, Florence and Charleston, the Myrtle Beach market further enhances the company's ability to deliver integrated, multi-market campaigns that reach consumers throughout the region.

As businesses increasingly look for efficient ways to build awareness across multiple markets, the acquisition provides advertisers with greater opportunities to connect with consumers along one of the Southeast's most active travel and commerce corridors.

Williamson & Associates served as broker for the sellers in the transaction.

The acquisition reflects Adams Outdoor Advertising's continued investment in high-growth markets across the Southeast and its strategy of building stronger regional networks that deliver greater reach, efficiency and flexibility for advertisers.
