Sonrava Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Mikhail Gorbatenko as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

Gorbatenko is a seasoned operational executive with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformations across revenue cycle operations, patient access, and financial systems. His strategic, data-driven approach has consistently delivered improved performance through process optimization and scalable solutions.

Before joining Sonrava Health, Gorbatenko led revenue cycle modernization initiatives at NextCare, overseeing operations for more than 170 urgent care clinics. His leadership resulted in the successful implementation of new billing platforms that enhanced collection efforts and streamlined operations. He has also held senior leadership roles at Optum, where he was instrumental in developing national operating models to support hospital and ambulatory care networks.

In his new role, Gorbatenko will drive performance improvement and system innovation across the revenue cycle function, supporting Sonrava Health’s mission to deliver high-quality, accessible care to the communities it serves.
