Josh Greenberg is a veteran trial attorney who has successfully handled many high-stakes matters. His nationwide practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses facing government investigations and indictments, particularly within the health care industry. He is also seasoned in civil matters, securing significant recoveries for plaintiffs, in a number of instances without litigation. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary society limited to one percent of attorneys licensed in the U.S. who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. Josh is admitted to practice in D.C., Maryland, and numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Leesa Goodwin brings extensive experience in complex civil litigation. She previously clerked for Chief Justice Michael L. Douglas of the Supreme Court of Nevada and practiced civil litigation for a law firm in Las Vegas. A graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, she served as an editor of the Nevada Law Journal. Leesa represents plaintiffs in disputes involving significant economic harm. She is admitted to practice in D.C. and Nevada.
