The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Futurity First Insurance Group (“FFIG”) with respect to their recent data breach. On May 23, 2024, after an investigation, FFIG determined that three employees and six independent agent email accounts experienced unauthorized access to their emails and attachments. On July 24, 2024, FFIG began issuing notices to individuals they believe may have been affected.
