The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Goodwin House Incorporated (“Goodwin Living”) with respect to their recent data breach. Between October 2, 2023, and October 18, 2023, an unauthorized actor had access to a Goodwin Living employee’s email. Upon discovery, Goodwin Living immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On July 30, 2024, after a thorough review of the impacted data, Goodwin Living determined that the unauthorized incident resulted in access to certain individuals personal and sensitive information.
