BTIG Technology Investment Banking Welcomes Satya Bajpai

BTIG announced today that Satya Bajpai has joined the firm as a Managing Director within its Technology Investment Banking group. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Mr. Bajpai will focus on delivering advisory solutions to companies in the technology and software space globally and leverage opportunities arising from the disruption occurring in these rapidly developing sectors.

Mr. Bajpai brings more than twenty years of experience to the firm. Most recently, he was a Managing Director within Technology Investment Banking at Citizens Financial Group where he advised clients on strategic transactions across both public and private markets. Previously, Mr. Bajpai held a similar role at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he was a consultant with PwC and Deloitte where he advised large technology companies on various strategic initiatives and transformative transactions.

BTIG’s Investment Banking team engages with clients and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings including IPOs and follow-on offerings, ATMs, SPACs, private placements and PIPEs, convertibles, debt and loans, buybacks, liquidity solutions, venture capital, and private equity transactions. BTIG’s Investment Banking expertise spans the consumer, energy, infrastructure and transportation, financial services, healthcare, industrials, aerospace and defense, real estate, technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Aftermarket services include trading, corporate access, as well as proprietary research and strategy products.
