Stoneybrook Subdivision Phases 1 and 2 are selling in an online absolute bankruptcy auction, with McLemore Auction Company conducting the auction.
The property, approximately 21.09 acres, will sell as a single tract and represents a rare opportunity to purchase homesites in bulk.
When complete, the subdivision will feature 68 single-family lots. Phase 1 includes 32 lots with nearly all infrastructure in place and Phase 2 consists of 36 lots that are approved and ready for development. The online auction of the property is part of Bankruptcy Case No. 24-00738.
