Ginkgo Residential LLC, an integrated property management and investment firm specializing in multifamily real estate, is pleased to announce that Rada Milenovici has joined the firm as the Director of Investor Relations.

Most recently, Rada led U.S. retail fundraising at Jamestown L.P., and prior to that, as head of Investor Relations at EquityMultiple he supported investors and obtained capital commitments exceeding $3B of total capitalization. Rada received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Rochester.
