Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF, www.bmf.cpa), one of the Top 200 largest firms in the country as reported by Inside Public Accounting (IPA), announced that Nick Ciaccio, MBA and Stephanie Miller have joined its Business Advisory Services practice. Ciaccio joined the firm in late September 2024 with Miller following shortly after.
As Managing Director, Ciaccio will lead the Business Advisory Services practice, which functions as an extension of a client’s accounting or finance department, providing full and part-time accounting, financial and tax compliance, monthly performance reporting and strategic advisory services. With a robust background in finance and accounting, Ciaccio brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will further enhance BMF’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its clients.
Ciaccio has developed a strong skill set in financial analysis, strategic planning and client relationship management. His previous roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of financial landscapes, making him a valuable asset to our team and our clients. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to help businesses thrive. He is committed to fostering strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
As Controller, Miller will work closely with Ciaccio to provide proactive accounting and consulting services, including financial management, budgeting and forecasting, and fractional controller services. She works with client management and its accounting teams to identify best practices and implement solutions and plans for the future. Miller has spent more than 20 years in corporate accounting, which included running her own outsourced accounting company. She has focused her practice on accounting and advisory for small- and medium-sized entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses.

Ciaccio is a graduate of Xavier University. He is a three-time member of the United States Duathlon team and represented our country in the World Championships in Europe, finishing in the top half of the participants in his age group each time! He’s completed 13 marathons, 5 triathlons and 122 duathlons. When Nick isn’t running, cycling or swimming, you can find him on the pickle ball court, reading a suspense novel or spending time with his family.
Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Leo University in Florida. She is a Medina native who enjoys spending quality time with family, relaxing at the beach in the summer and cheering on the Cleveland Guardians.
