Dot Ai and ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition Corp. File Form S-4 Ahead of Merger and Nasdaq Listing

On March 18, 2024, Dot Ai and ShoulderUp entered into a business combination agreement that is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
