Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Bolsters National Accounts On-Premise Team

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer's)—the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol—today announced that it has made a significant investment to establish a new and enhanced structure for its National Accounts On-Premise team.

The reorganized structure will enable an expanded team of experts to deliver a more comprehensive level of service to Southern Glazer’s National Accounts On-Premise customers and valued suppliers, as well as drive improved collaboration across its commercial organization. As part of the strategic investment, the National Accounts On-Premise team will increase resources in sales, insights and commercial operations.

To lead the new team, Southern Glazer’s has appointed Lisa Gulick to the role of Senior Vice President, National Accounts On-Premise. Mrs. Gulick, who reports to Chris Williams, Executive Vice President, National Accounts, is responsible for developing strategies to increase the overall success of Southern Glazer’s on-premise customers, expand supplier partners’ national market presence, and mentor National Accounts employees to build strategic, lasting relationships.

Mrs. Gulick’s 16-year career in the beverage industry began in 2007 with Southern Glazer’s where she spent the following decade serving in various sales roles of increasing responsibility, gaining robust experience in the on-premise space and resulting in numerous leadership positions. In addition to her experience at Southern Glazer’s, she held the roles of Regional Sales Manager for Anheuser Busch and later Vice President of Sales, Central Region for Fever-Tree USA. Mrs. Gulick is an experienced sales leader with well-rounded expertise in all three tiers and across complex markets nationwide.

Also appointed to the enhanced National Accounts On-Premise team and reporting to Mrs. Gulick are six leaders who will deliver on the national accounts strategy to achieve customer and supplier goals. The team is responsible for managing on-premise chains with national footprints as well as emerging on-premise venues expanding into multiple markets. All team members are expected to be in their new roles in February.

  • Jessica Kirby Flanagan, Vice President, National Accounts On-Premise, who most recently served as Vice President of National and Strategic Accounts On-Premise at Republic National Distributing Company
