Mr. Billings excels in business development within real estate and has been dedicated to empowering the Cincinnati community for the last 10 years.

In his new role at Hondros College, RJ will lead the company’s strategic growth within Ohio while managing the team, energizing the organizational culture and building relationships that drive his passion for the profession.

Billings has held previous roles in business development, sales, management, human resources and strategic growth, including roles with another real estate education provider and the Cincinnati Board of Realtors. He chaired the Ohio REALTORS tech committee, volunteers at the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati Battered Women’s Shelter and coaches at Dews Elite. Billings is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS and is focused on diversity in leadership and equity in real estate. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mount St. Joseph University in Business Administration, Management, Operations and Marketing.
Billings’ mother received her real estate license from Hondros in 2002, and his wife Sadie Billings was one of the first individuals in Ohio to complete the Hondros online real estate program.
