Leading advisory CPA firm Baker Tilly US, LLP (Baker Tilly) announces its acquisition of tax consultancy firm ACG, LLP (ACG), effective Dec. 1. This move reinforces Baker Tilly’s commitment to significant and continued investment in high-end corporate tax services following the firm’s recent acquisition of True Partners Consulting, LLC (TPC).

ACG is a trusted name in corporate tax, particularly in the technology and transportation sectors. The firm is woven deeply into the Silicon Valley business community and serves clients across the U.S. With ACG and recently acquired TPC, Baker Tilly becomes one of the largest firms providing corporate tax services in the Bay Area market.
