Chris’s journey at Brightway has been one of growth and excellence. From mastering every role in the agency to becoming a Million Dollar Producer, then a Two Million Dollar Producer, and ultimately a Three Million Dollar Producer, he has set the standard for success. His leadership in building relationships, driving new business, and mentoring others has been instrumental in shaping the agency’s continued growth and reputation.

As he takes on this new role, Chris will be supported by Shelby Tirado, who will serve as Operations Manager, ensuring seamless people and process management. Together, their leadership and vision will drive Brightway Insurance of Ponte Vedra Beach toward an even brighter future.
