SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / September 30, 2026 / Venom Fever is now live at Americas Cardroom, opening multiple qualification routes into two $2,650 Progressive Knockout tournaments carrying $6.5 million in combined guarantees. The campaign runs from September 29 through October 18.

Across the $5 Million GTD NLH Venom PKO and $1.5 Million GTD PLO Venom PKO, Venom Fever guarantees 587 seats. Of that total, 470 are allocated to the NLH event and 117 to the PLO event.

The guaranteed-seat inventory is divided between Mega Satellites and Direct Satellites. Mega Satellites account for 240 seats - 210 NLH and 30 PLO - while Direct Satellites provide 347 seats, including 260 NLH and 87 PLO.

Venom Fever also creates lower-cost feeder paths. From September 29 through October 4, one NLH route moves from a freeroll into a $10.50 Super Satellite and then a $109 Mega Satellite. A second NLH path runs from a freeroll to a $3.15 qualifier, then a $31.50 qualifier and a $290 Mega. PLO players can move from a freeroll into a $33 Super Satellite before reaching a $290 PLO Mega. Additional feeder options continue during the October 5-11 and October 12-18 windows.

Survivor Flips provide another entry route, starting at $0.80 for a chance to ultimately win a $2,650 Venom ticket. Shorter Saturday freeroll paths are also available on October 10 and October 17 for selected lower-buy-in NLH Mega Satellites.

Both Venoms feature Day 1 flights at 1:05pm ET on October 4, 8, 11, 15 and 18, followed by Day 2 on October 19 at 1:05pm ET. The NLH event has Day 3 on October 20 at 1:05pm ET. Both final tables are scheduled for October 21 at 4:05pm ET, while the PLO Venom advances directly from Day 2 to its final table.

The PLO event also ties the biggest PLO PKO guarantee ever offered by Americas Cardroom.
