MELBOURNE, FL / ACCESS Newswire / June 29, 2026 / NewSat North America announced today that it has been awarded a $10 million task order under the Space Rapid Capabilities Office's Rapid Resilient Command and Control (R2C2) contract vehicle. The task order will provide advanced cybersecurity support services for the R2C2 Satellite Operations (SatOps) Ground System platform and its associated authorization boundaries.

NewSat North America will execute the effort alongside subcontractor ENSCO, Inc., leveraging the companies' combined expertise in cybersecurity operations, satellite communications, systems integration, and mission assurance supporting national security space programs.

Under the Cyber Monitoring and Assessment Task Order, the team will deliver comprehensive cybersecurity services including:

• Continuous Cyber Monitoring

• Threat Assessment and Risk Mitigation

• Cyber Compliance Activities

• Certificate to Field (CtF) Support

• Body of Evidence (BoE) Artifact Management

The effort is designed to ensure the R2C2 SatOps Ground System remains compliant with all applicable cybersecurity overlays while supporting secure and resilient operational capabilities for the U.S. Space Force mission.
