Black Chamber of Arizona CEO recognized among Phoenix's top business leaders in the 2026 Titan 100 awards.

PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESS Newswire / June 29, 2026 / Titan CEO and headline sponsor Alerus have announced Dr. Velma Trayham, President & CEO of the Black Chamber of Arizona and author of Unfireable in the Age of AI, as a 2026 Phoenix Titan 100 honoree.

The Titan 100 program recognizes Phoenix's Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives based on criteria including leadership, vision, and business impact.

The 2026 Phoenix Titan 100 honorees and their companies collectively generate more than $10 billion in annual revenue and employ over 60,000 people across the region and beyond.

This year's honorees will be featured in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and online. They will also be recognized during the annual awards ceremony on September 24, 2026, and participate in networking opportunities throughout the year.

Under her leadership, BCAZ has expanded its partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions to support supplier diversity, workforce development, and small business growth.

She also leads Impact AZ, a statewide accelerator program designed to help diverse suppliers strengthen their business capabilities and pursue contracting opportunities through an AI-integrated curriculum.

In addition to her role at BCAZ, Dr. Trayham is the Founder and CEO of Thinkzilla Consulting Group, where she advises public and private organizations on AI strategy, executive leadership, and public-private partnerships. She is also the Founder of HomeAccess America, a company focused on prefabricated affordable housing solutions.

Dr. Trayham is the author of Unfireable in the Age of AI and has received recognition for her leadership and contributions to business and economic development.
