Operational Resilience and Business Continuity
ShelterZoom's Spare Tire platform provides an external, cloud-based resilience layer that allows hospitals and healthcare organizations to maintain access to critical patient information and continue care operations during electronic health record (EHR)downtime caused by cyberattacks, ransomware incidents, extreme weather events, system failures or planned maintenance.
The platform enables clinicians to continue documenting care and accessing patient data when primary EHR systems are unavailable and automatically synchronizes downtime information back to the primary system once operations are restored.
ShelterZoom's cyber and operational resilience platform, along with its suite of products, extends its resilience layer to enable government agencies, life sciences organizations, financial services firms, and other enterprises to maintain access to critical business documents and continue operations without disruption-eliminating downtime caused by Stryker-like incidents, cyberattacks, ransomware, system failures, or planned maintenance.
