In this role, Squier works closely with individuals and families to help them clarify their goals and connect with the firm’s estate planning services, including wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, and long-term care planning.

As Client Navigator, Squier plays an important role in guiding clients through the early stages of the estate planning process. He works one-on-one with individuals and families to understand their personal goals, financial considerations, and long-term planning needs. This client-centered approach helps ensure that each estate plan is thoughtfully customized rather than treated as a one-size-fits-all solution.

Before joining Krause Estate Planning & Elder Law Center, Squier developed a diverse professional background that strengthened his ability to communicate effectively, manage complex projects, and build trust with the people he serves. He previously worked in collegiate strength and conditioning, including a role at Marquette University, where he helped athletes achieve performance goals through structured training and detailed program planning.
Squier later transitioned into the construction industry, where he worked on projects involving custom homes and luxury tiny homes. These experiences sharpened his attention to detail and reinforced the importance of accuracy, collaboration, and strong communication — qualities that translate naturally into helping clients navigate important legal planning decisions such as estate planning, probate preparation, and elder law planning.
Squier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Squier enjoys cooking and baking and remains active in his local community through involvement with St. Mary’s Visitation Parish in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
