Norwalk, CA - Prime Medical Evaluators (PME) is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Oscar Miguel Angel Del Rio-Marquez, D.C., QME, an accomplished chiropractic physician with strong clinical experience in personal injury care, high-volume practice environments, and medical-legal evaluation, to its network of Qualified Medical Evaluators (QMEs). Dr. Del Rio-Marquez brings a unique blend of chiropractic expertise and emergency medical background, strengthening PME’s ability to deliver thorough, timely, and defensible evaluations within California’s workers’ compensation and medical-legal systems.

Education and Licensure

Dr. Del Rio-Marquez earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (2019), graduating Magna Cum Laude and completing the Sports Medicine Honors Program. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) (2015).

He obtained his Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) Certificate in December 2020, certified through the Division of Workers’ Compensation – Medical Unit.

Additionally, he completed training and certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) through the California Institute of Emergency Medical Technician.
