Innovating to protect the planet is sustainability in action. Our manufacturing site in Lessines, Belgium, is pioneering wastewater circularity in the pharma industry. The facility installed a water treatment system which will be used to supplement fresh water for the drug production process, reducing up to 90 percent of freshwater consumption. This equals an annual water consumption for approximately 18,000 Belgian citizens.
