Youth & Teen Awakened Meditation Retreat: June 16–20, 2025
As the need for mental clarity and emotional resilience grows among younger generations, Universal Door Meditation Center will host a 5-day Awakened Meditation Summer Retreat for Youth & Teens (Ages 10–18) from June 16–20. Under the guidance of Awakened Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien, participants will learn how to return to the Unborn Mind and liberate themselves from fear, anxiety, and stress, achieving true inner stability. This will enable them to reconnect with their capacity to live freely and meaningfully, without the constraints of performance or pressure. This immersive retreat, free from cell phones and electronics, is filled with profound realizations, reflection, and joy, offering a rare opportunity for youth to experience meditation in an awakened environment that resonates directly with their real-life experiences. A second session will also be held July 21–25.
