Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 7, 2010 Alanco Technologies, Inc. ("the Company") was notified by
NASDAQ that the Listing Qualifications Panel granted the Company's request
of an extension for continued listing until September 13, 2010 to regain
NASDAQ's minimum $1.00 bid price listing requirement.
