Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers. |
On June 4, 2007, Mark A. Severson notified Camco Financial Corporation of his decision to
resign for personal reasons as Chief Financial Officer of Camco and Advantage Bank. His
resignation is anticipated to be effective at the close of business on July 6, 2007. Camco is
unaware of any disagreements between Mr. Severson and Camco on any matter relating to Camco’s
operations, policies or practices.
