Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
The customer for one of the two initial implementations of the Intervoice, Inc. (the
“Company”) Omvia Media Exchange solution recently accepted its system. The Company previously
disclosed that the customer for the other initial implementation of the Omvia Media Exchange
solution accepted its system during the first half of fiscal year 2007. The customer’s acceptance
of the system will not have a material effect on Company revenues.
