Item 8.01. Other Events.
     On February 28, 2007 Intervoice, Inc. (“Intervoice”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has secured a contract with a leading mobile operator in the Middle East to add Intervoice’s video messaging application and extend the capacity of their existing Intervoice Media Exchange platform.
     The foregoing is qualified by reference to Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
