Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2004, Dynavax Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2004. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
