Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 6, 2010, James E. Brooks resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Camco Financial Corporation (Camco) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advantage Bank. In exchange for the execution of a mutual release, Camco agreed to pay Mr. Brooks a lump sum of $10,000, subject to FDIC approval .
