Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
     On February 26, 2010, we issued a press release announcing revisions to our fourth quarter and full year 2009 financial results from those announced in our January 19, 2010 press release. The revisions relate to an additional $10.0 million provision for loan and lease losses. A copy of our February 26, 2010 press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated here by reference.
     In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in this Item 2.02 and in Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liability of that section, and shall not be incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in the filing.
